ASPOST.ID- Studi baru menyebut mengonsumsi empat gelas kopi sehari bisa menurunkan risiko diabetes tipe 2, tekanan darah tinggi, dan juga obesitas. Para peneliti menyebut risikonya bisa menurun antara 2 hingga 44 persen. Peneliti yang berasal dari bermacam-macam universitas di Navarre, Spanyol dan Catania di Italia menemukan bahwa adanya kaitan antara konsumsi kopi dengan penurunan risiko diabetes tipe 2. “Analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi kopi yang cukup dapat menurunkan risikonya rata-rata 25 persen.
